A. Lange & Söhne: wearability of the 44mm Zeitwerk Striking Time

Can anyone comment on the size/fit/feel of this watch? I really want one but I I had a Panerai Submersible and got rid of it just because it was too big and bulky (on my 19.5 cm wrist). I am considering trading it for my Patek 5990.
