GO marches into a different direction: Although part of the Swatch Group, it tries to become technically as independent from the group as possible. This implies that they would not buy any complication or escapement system from Swatch. The same is done within the UNION line: All watches incorporating technology bought from outside are dropped, with the exception of jewels and springs, GO is proud of producing AND developing all parts of their movements themselves. Just yesterday I had a brief 'dispute' with Heinz W. Pfeifer, when I dared to speculate if Renaud & Papi, the expert for tourbillons, was possibly involved in the development of GO's flying tourbillon. He informed me - and strongly he did that - that GO did all the development work in their own house.
Having said that, it would be against GO's philosophy to buy technology from outside experts or companies, even if it were interesting.
