Sixth Baselworld Meeting

Friday at BASELWORLD: this day at the fair has played a special role for the Glashütte Original watch manufactory for six years. Managing director Dr. Frank Müller and his team received more than thirty watch connoisseurs from all over the world for two exclusive presentations.

Both new and old friends of the manufactory experienced the complete depth of Glashütte Original's new products live and in person…

The spots available for the April 4 presentation were once again given to connoisseurs from Europe, Asia, and the U.S.A. within a very short amount of time.

Special focus was placed not only on the new PanoInverse XL, Senator Sixties and Senator Navigator chronographs, but also on the new models of the Sport Evolution Impact in tourbillon and chronograph variations:

Their innovative shock protection material and their striking appearances ensured they were talked about…

As usual, all new products from the manufactory were examined "under the loupe"…

During the evening, Dr. Frank Müller received the TimeZone award Ladies' Watch of the Year 2007 from Michael Sandler.

A Glashütte Original model won this title awarded by the globally reputable watch forum for the second time: after WhiteCrystal in 2005 it was now the Lady Serenade model. A dinner to celebrate the success and then the new models were extensively discussed.

The Glashütte Original team thanks all watch fans and connoisseurs for their visits and open, constructive dialogue. We and our artistic duo Dick&Doof much enjoyed the evening.
